Our facilities provide hands-on assistance or supervision for essential daily activities, including:

• Meal Support: Assistance with eating, hydration, and meal preparation.
• Household Tasks: Help with housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, organized living environment.

Health & Medical Management

Our facilities coordinate healthcare services to support each resident’s overall well-being:

• Medication Administration: Our trained staff assists with and monitors prescribed medications.
• Care Coordination: Support in scheduling, attending, and managing medical appointments with healthcare providers, doctors, and specialists.
• Skilled Nursing: Some facilities provide access to licensed nursing professionals (LPN or RN) for individuals with more complex needs.

Life Skills & Independence Training
